Email Marketing and CMS - Part Two

So we have discussed that email marketing can be used to contact existing customers in your database for updates on new products or events. There is another great way to keep interacting with people and that's to try and get those prospects or potential leads to your website to convert.

If you have thought about customers who have previously visited your website and for whatever reason, not converted then email marketing Coventry is the ideal way to re-approach them to consider returning. If your website has rebranded or added another supplier then this is the perfect way to re-introduce yourself.

Your website admin system might be able to identify those abandoned baskets for example and you could send an email to ask if they experienced any problems or if you can help them and take their order over the phone.

If visitors have signed up for a newsletter or notification of when a product is back in stock then this would be a great way to get the new information and prices across to your customer.

Finally, if you have customers who have not purchased or visited your website recently, then why not approach them using email marketing with a new deal or promotion to get them to return and purchase from you.

Email marketing Coventry can also be tracked, so you can see who has opened your email and responded. One crucial bit of email marketing though, is to have the 'opt out' option available for anyone who does not want to receive your company emails - otherwise your emails stand a good chance of becoming spam.
